We here at Get Stitchin’ understand that you may need to return items and here is our policy for returning items.

Get Stitchin’ Return Policy

  1. ALL RETURNS are given in STORE CREDIT via Square Gift Cards.
  2. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 90 days from receipt date.
  3. All returns must have a receipt of that item sold; can be paper, email, or text.
  4. The yarn must be in their original wrappers/packaging. Yarns will be examined and determined by the staff. Items must be in a good resalable condition (no smoke, perfume, or other pungent odors; no stains, pet hairs; still skeined and not wound into balls; or any other type of visible damage).
  5. Items or colors must be current and not discontinued.
  6. No Special Orders will be refunded.

    No Returns on:

    • Published materials, such as patterns, books, etc. (anything copyrighted)
    • Kits
    • Fabrics
    • Damaged Merchandise
    • Sale Items
    • Special Orders
    • Consignment Items
    • Class Purchases
