Jeri Sue Ponder of Blue Jae Originals is going to have her beautiful woodworking on display here at Get Stitchin’ during Small Business Saturday.

Not only is Jeri Sue a member of the Lacemakers Guild of Oklahoma and teaches tatting and bobbin lace here at Get Stitchin’, but she has also been learning woodworking. She will display seam rippers and interchangeable cable tools to help tighten the cables, tweezers, and two different sizes of pens. The pens are refillable.

Come in and support our local folks, and you will see why they are so special to us.

Sarah Brisco of Double Dutch and Shaneh Vukovic of Rarity Fibers love turning Angora Rabbit Fibers into luxury batts for spinning beautiful yarns. Come and visit these two artists and meet their little furry friends. They are bringing in their Angora fibers and carders so they can help you make your exclusive batt for your spinning pleasure. Each batt you create is $25.00! What a great deal for exclusive batts!


Scissortail Knits

Scissortail Knits is working on a HUGE surprise for you. We heard about their plan, and it’s going to be awesome.

Meanwhile, they will have fabulous yarns and beautiful handmade stitch markers. Plus, you will meet them during Small Business Saturday and learn what inspires them to dye all their gorgeous yarns.

Okay, the super BIG announcement is that Addie, their daughter, is coming to sell her line of yarn at our store! She will be here during Small Business Saturday. Be sure to stop in in the mornings as it is her naptime after lunch. Please show your support for this little entrepreneur.


Lowder Colours Farm

Nestled in the heart of Kellyville Oklahoma, Lowder Colours Farm is a multigenerational sheep farm that has been nurturing a deep-rooted love for the land and its creatures for generations. Founded by Michael and Kate in 1993, the farm has evolved into a thriving center of excellence in sheep breeding and wool production.

Kate plans to have her roving at 15% off and will have a special introduction of Mohair roving from Angie, the Goat. This mohair is super-soft and will be wonderful to spin by itself or blend with one of her other sheep roving.


Legacy Customs

Bridgette Elliott specializes in handmade gifts, personalization and custom engraving.

At Get Stitchin, she has neat accessory kits and cool yarn caddies. These make wonderful stocking stuffers or quick party gifts.


RW Designs

Rachel Wolfe Designs will be at the store for you to talk about her yarns and patterns. Rachel lives in Osage County Hills, which inspires her luxury yarns.

She is working on something special for Small Business Saturday, so stay tuned for more information about her specials soon. Plus, she will introduce some new, luscious yarns, too!!

DD Designs

Deb Dietz is from Edmond and is excited to display her array of hand-gorgeous dyed yarns, fun stitch markers, and point protectors.

Her newest collection of yarns is Holiday Colors. Each color is named after a Holiday theme and makes for a relaxing project. You have to come in and see how rich they are and feel the luxury of this yarn. She has both sock and DK weight yarns. She is offering 20% off her yarns for this event.

Deb has a wonderful collection of stitch markers that would adorn any project you are working on. She updated her collection to include Claw claps, so you can use them on crochet projects now. Plus, she has fun point protectors to keep your knitting projects safe when you are not working on them. Her designs are very clever, so come in and support her efforts.

Llama Mama Fibers

Dr. Karen Ryan has a little llama farm just outside of Owasso. It is a great attraction for many driving in that area. She has now taken her fiber and had it processed into roving, and then some of the roving made into yarn.

We are excited that she will have her Oklahoma-raised yarns and fibers in our store for this sale. Stop in and meet her, she will update you with what her llamas are up to.
