Get ready friends. We are gearing up for our very first yarn crawl here in Oklahoma!!

Stitching Into Fall

We are super excited to announce that a yarn crawl is being planned for the Fall here in Oklahoma. We will continue to update you as this event evolves. Our local dyers are already thinking about what they will offer exclusively for this crawl, so stay tuned as we continue down this thrilling path.

Dates & Times: August 16-17 and 19-24, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

At the first store you visit, you will receive a postcard that we are calling the passport. Your passport enters you in to chances to win giveaway prizes (trust me, you do not want to miss the opportunity to win!). Each store you visit counts as one entry into the giveaways. So, the more stores you visit the more times you are entered.

If you make it to all 12 stores, you will have the chance to receive the grand prize valued at over $600! Stores will also be giving away stitch markers, so be sure to collect them all.

Saturday, August 17th

Sarah Brisco of Double Dutch and Shaneh Vukovic of Rarity Fibers love turning Angora Rabbit Fibers into luxury batts for spinning beautiful yarns. Come and visit these two artists and meet their little furry friends. They are bringing in their Angora fibers and carders on Saturday, August 17^th, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. so they can help you make your exclusive batt for your spinning pleasure. Each batt you create is $25.00! What a great deal for exclusive batts!

Meet Rachel Wolfe, designer/dyer on Friday, August 16th, and on Saturday, August 24th.

Rachel Wolfe Designs will release her newest sock kit during the Oklahoma Yarn Crawl. Rachel lives in Osage County Hills, which inspires her luxury yarns. She developed this beautiful Sock kit that will be available during the Oklahoma Yarn Crawl. You can stop by on Friday, August 16^th, and Saturday, August 24th, to meet Rachel in person. She will inspire you to create your next project.

Exclusive Stitch Markers

DD Designs will have her Christmas stitch markers available to give you with each purchase you make with her products. So, stop in and grab a skein, or two, or three, or more of her yarns, and you will get her exclusive stitch marker.

Exclusive Trunk Show

The Clear Cashmere Trunk Show will be set up and ready for your pleasure. There is nothing like luxury cashmere yarns for your knit/crochet creations. Heidi Dickens has her farm of Cashmere Goats in Creek County and is part of the Clean Cashmere group.
