10/2 – Beginning Knit Class, 2 sessions
Session Dates: October 2nd & 16th, Wednesdays, at 10:30 am
Length: 1.5 hours

Terry loves to help students learn the art of knitting. This class has two sessions. This class includes yarn, needles, accessories, patterns, and professional instruction to complete glove and hat projects.
In session one, you will learn how to cast on, complete the knit stitch, and bind off. The homework will be a pair of cute wrist warmers.
Session 2, you will continue to learn how to cast on and bind off, along with learning the purl stitch. The homework will be a warm hat.

Kay Meadors’ Wee Elinore Cardigan is a darling garment for the new baby in your life. Made with cotton yarn, with a lacy yoke, it is a fun knit. Bring your favorite size 4 needles – 20” circular for the body and dpns for the sleeves. Or use magic loop for the sleeves. The pattern is included in the class. Yarn will be purchased at the beginning of class time. Bring stitch markers, yarn needle and usual notions.

In session one, you will learn how to make a chain, how to turn, and single crochet stitch. The homework will be a pair of cute wrist warmers.
Session 2, you will learn to Double Crochet and weave in your ends. The homework will be a warm hat.

Let’s learn about the parts of a sock and how they go together. Bring size 5 double point needles and stitch markers in at least 3 colors. The pattern and yarn are included in the class.

This is an introduction class which teaches you how to weave a triangle cloth on a triangle loom. We will use a tri loom, variegated yarn, and a Tunisian crochet hook. Tri loom cloths can be made into a variety of items such as shawls, scarves, table runners, hats, gloves and many more things. This weaving technique is very simple and you take home a beautiful piece.
Supplies for class will be provided and you will take home a small kerchief.
10/12 – Adorable Witches Needle Felting
Saturday, October 12th at 10:30 am
Length: 4 hours
Join me to learn how to create these adorable little witches. We will begin by creating a wire armature, then learn the techniques used to wrap and cover our armature and finish up with these wickedly cute witches! All supplies are included in the class fee! We will take a brief 30 minute lunch break during class time.

10/19 – Spinning Wheel Class
Saturday, October 19th
Time: 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, with lunch break
Teacher: Marilyn Smith
Marilyn began her fiber arts journey as a young child as a way for entertainment by her mother. As she grew, her interests expanded to include sewing, twining, crocheting, and knitting. But her favorite is spinning and raising the sheep that produce her fiber.
You will learn the fine art of spinning with a fiber expert. No wheel, not to worry; Marilyn brings wheels for you to explore on—what a great way to learn spinning without the expense of buying a wheel.
Class costs include fiber, use of wheels, and expert instruction.
10/19 – Tatting Class

Class Length: 2 hours
Teacher: Members of the Lacemakers Guild of Oklahoma
If you have never tatted, you will learn the art of tatting with the assistance of knowledgeable tatters from the Lacemakers Guild of Oklahoma. If you tat, you will learn new techniques and continue your journey with future tatting projects.
Beginners will be supplied to tat this cute butterfly.

Beginners will learn the art of bobbin lace with the assistance of knowledgeable tatters from the Lacemakers Guild of Oklahoma. If you already know a few techniques, sign up and continue learning.
